Joseph Gray is a seasoned Production Artist with over 35 years of hands-on experience in packaging design and production. Starting his career in the prepress department of a rotogravure company, he mastered every aspect of production art—from color separations and stripping to proofing and press checks.

Throughout his career, Joseph has evolved alongside industry technology, transitioning seamlessly from analog to digital workflows. He is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Esko software, and has collaborated extensively with art directors, brand managers, printers, and converters to bring packaging concepts to life.

His expertise spans the full production spectrum: preflight and prepress, color management, structural layout with die lines and bleeds, proofing and quality control, and vendor liaison. Known for his precision, efficiency, and creative problem-solving, Joseph approaches every project with clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Whether working with traditional lithography, flexography, gravure, or cutting-edge digital print, he adapts swiftly to deliver shelf-ready results.

Chris Stramaglia is a graphics and prepress professional with over 20 years of experience supporting consumer brands across print and digital platforms, with a strong focus on packaging and commercial print. His background spans project management, artwork production, color management, and quality control within high-volume, deadline-driven environments.

Throughout his career, Chris has partnered closely with brand teams, printers, and production partners to ensure artwork is accurate, consistent, and fully production-ready. He brings deep technical expertise across offset, flexo, rotogravure, and digital printing, and is known for catching issues early, streamlining workflows, and maintaining the highest production standards from concept through press approval.

Detail-oriented, responsive, and collaborative, Chris helps clients move projects forward with confidence, clarity, and precision.

Brent MacKay has over 35 years of experience in the graphic arts field. Brent started his career as an electronic engraver and moved quickly to prepress separations through traditional methods on the table. Brent ushered in the digital process to his company in the late 80’s, developing the standards and practices used today. Brent helped develop the fingerprinting and color management practices used in our workflows today. Brent is proficient in digital stripping with Adobe Creative Suite as well as systems administration with a verity of operating systems.

Brent has an extensive knowledge of back office and legal workings. He has developed complete system integration of all phases of production through accounting into FileMaker. 

In his free time, Brent enjoys traveling with his family and spending time with his wife Theresa in their garden. They have produced some award winning wines and make the best salsa around.
